Job Summary:
The Store Crew Trainer is responsible for onboarding, training, and mentoring new and existing crew members to ensure they meet operational standards in service, food handling, cleanliness, and customer experience. This role plays a key part in upholding brand standards and improving crew performance on the ground.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct hands-on training for new crew hires based on company SOPs.
- Reinforce safety, hygiene, and food handling standards.
- Evaluate crew performance during and after training periods.
- Provide daily coaching and support to crew members during operations.
- Monitor adherence to store procedures, service standards, and cleanliness.
- Coordinate with the Store Manager for ongoing crew development needs.
- Prepare training reports and progress feedback for HR and Operations teams.
- Assist in implementing new training materials, policies, or menu items.
Qualifications:
- At least Senior High School Graduate or College Level.
- With minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience as a service crew in a fast-food or casual dining setup.
- Strong understanding of store operations, food safety, and customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in speaking and demonstrating in front of a group.
- Patient, organized, and observant.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
- Willing to be assigned in different store locations as needed.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience as a team leader, crew trainer, or supervisory role is an advantage.
- Knowledge of training documentation and coaching methods.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic store reporting.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php20,000.00 – Php25,000.00 per month
