Full job description
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
1. Performs routine cleaning and maintenance tasks on the property common areas.
2. Carrying out minor repairs to property, fixtures, fittings and equipment, if required.
3. Respond with professional manner to repair requests from the tenants.
4. Reporting to respective Maintenance Supervisor of any major or emergency and urgent maintenance/security related calls 24/7.
5. Cleaning the surfaces and edges of the swimming pool area and maintaining the equipment. Checking, maintaining and adding of chemicals in swimming pool. Coordinating with Maintenance Supervisor for any swimming pool maintenance.
6. Cleaning garden areas and maintaining them by cutting grass using equipment, if provided (such as lawn mowers, hedge trimmers, leaf blowers, strimmers etc.) and planting of trees if required or as instructed.
7. Assisting technicians and working on other places when required.
8. Ensure that disposal of garbage is carried out in the designated area to create a safe environment.
9. Regular checking of roofs and cleaning.
10. Adhere to company safety policies and procedures.
11. Cleaning and maintaining of vacant villas.
12. Performs other related functions the management deem necessary.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (and/or Other Attributes):
1. Matriculate / High School / Any Technical Trade Certification.
2. 2 – 4 year’s experience working in the UAE in the following job: Watchman.
3. Knowledge in swimming pool cleaning such as a pool vacuuming, backwashing, cleaning, maintenance of acid and chlorine dosing, checking / maintenance of PH values and chlorine.
4. Reasonable facility of Language (English) and communication skills
