Accounting Clerk
- Position Summary:Saint John’s School, a Toddler to 12-grade co-ed secular school, is actively seeking a dynamic and seasoned individual to join our team. The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, processing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, reconciling bank accounts, and other tasks as assigned. This full-time position may require some overtime during peak periods such as month-end or year-end closing. The role demands excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
- A minimum of one (2) years’ experience, preferably in Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable.
- Efficiently manage and maintain the company’s accounting software and strongly utilize advanced Excel functions.
- Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures.
- Experience in preparing financial reports.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
