Who are we looking for:
As an Forklift/RT Operator, you are expected to be responsible for safely operating forklifts or rough terrain equipment to move materials, products, or equipment within the warehouse. Ensure the efficient flow of goods and materials.
- Operate forklifts or rough terrain equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Load and unload materials, products, or equipment from trucks, shelves, or storage areas.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, guidelines, and company policies to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Conduct routine equipment checks and maintenance to ensure propre functioning.
- Transport materials to designated locations within the facility.
- Stack, arrange, and organize products and materials to optimize space and accessibility.
- Keep accurate records of inventory and materials movement.
- Assist in conducting physical inventories and cycle counts.
- Report any issues, malfunctions, or damage to equipment promptly.
- Ensure timely and efficient movement of materials to meet production or shipping schedules.
- Optimize load and unload processes to minimize downtime.
- Responsible for operating equipment to move and locate.
- Replenish and counting of finished goods and materials for outbound and inbound warehouse operations
- Register in enhance storage system all items delivered.
What does it take to be part of the team?
- Must be a TESDA Graduate (Reach Truck related courses/training) NC2 Certificate or Graduate of any course.
- Must have valid professional drivers license (Code1&2); with minumum of 2-3 years related work experience.
- NCII Certificate of Licensed is required for this position.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects. Good physical health is essential.
- Strong commitment to safety protocols and procedures.
- Accurate record-keeping and attention to the safe handling of materials.
- Effective communication with team members and supervisors.
- Basic understanding of the equipment’s mechanics for troubleshooting and maintenance.
